Your Commitment as a Candidate
By participating in our assessments, you agree to:
Provide truthful and accurate responses.
Follow all instructions carefully.
Avoid any dishonest behavior, including but not limited to:
Making false statements.
Using unauthorized aids such as artificial intelligence (AI), predictive input, automated answer matching, or virtual assistants, unless explicitly allowed.
Sharing or distributing any assessment materials.
Taking the same assessment multiple times for a single job application.
Engaging in any conduct that compromises the fairness of the assessment.
Prohibited Use of AI and Automation
Unless expressly authorized, the use of AI tools, auto-generated responses, text recognition, or other automated technologies is strictly prohibited during assessments.
Protection of Intellectual Property
All test and assessment materials provided by the Service Provider are protected by intellectual property laws, including copyrights. Unauthorized sharing, copying, or reproduction of any test content is prohibited.
Anti-Cheating Measures
To ensure assessment integrity, we employ several mechanisms to detect dishonest test-taking, including but not limited to:
Monitoring and proctoring technologies.
Plagiarism detection.
Questions designed to identify dishonest responses.
AI detection systems.
Psychometric monitoring to analyze test-taking patterns.
Consequences of Non-Compliance
Violations of this honesty policy may result in:
Disqualification from the assessment or platform.
Notification to the employer or client who requested the assessment.
Other penalties as described in our platform’s terms of use.
Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider’s total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed fifty euro (EUR 50). We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
