Psychometric Tests

These tests are built into the platform and cannot be edited. They are based on validated psychological frameworks and provide consistent, benchmarkable insights across candidates.

1. Personality Assessment

  • Based on the Big Five (OCEAN) model

  • Measures: Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, Neuroticism

  • Helps predict work style, communication preferences, and team compatibility

  • Self-report format; scored against a normative sample

2. Soft Skills Assessment

  • Based on the BESSI framework (Behavioral, Emotional, and Social Skills Inventory)

  • Provides a percentile-based score and behaviorally anchored descriptions

  • Useful for identifying developmental areas and interpersonal strengths

3. Cognitive Assessment

  • Based on Raven-style matrices

  • Measures abstract reasoning and fluid intelligence

  • Tasks include visual pattern recognition and logic-based problem solving
