Modern Slavery Statement

Modern Slavery Statement detailing our ethics and zero-tolerance for forced labor.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Introduction

This statement is made in line with our commitment to ethical business practices and the principles of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015. Although we are a company based in Croatia, we support international efforts to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in business and supply chains.

Our Business

We are a service provider based in Croatia, offering HR Tools. Our clients include businesses of different sizes, mainly in Croatia and the EU, but also internationally.

As a service-based business, our supply chain is relatively simple and mainly includes local and EU-based companies such as software providers, equipment suppliers, and other professional services.

Our Commitment

We are fully committed to acting with integrity and promoting fair treatment of all people. We have zero tolerance for modern slavery, human trafficking, or any type of forced or bonded labor.

Our Policies and Practices

To support our commitment, we have the following policies and practices in place:

  • Modern Slavery Policy – Outlines our commitment to ethical conduct and human rights.

  • Whistleblowing Policy – Encourages employees to speak up if they see any wrongdoing. Reports can be made confidentially.

  • Fair Employment Practices – We treat our staff with dignity and respect. All our hiring is done legally, including checks for age and right to work. We offer fair pay and good working conditions.

Our Suppliers and Clients

We work with suppliers and clients who we believe follow ethical standards and local labor laws. We aim to avoid working with anyone who may be involved in modern slavery or exploitation.

Employee Awareness and Training

Our team is made aware of the risks of modern slavery through internal communication. We provide basic guidance so employees know how to report any concerns they may have, whether in our business, suppliers, or clients.

Next Steps

We will continue to improve our policies and raise awareness to reduce any risks of modern slavery in our operations and partnerships.
