Overview
Once you’ve created an assessment, you can share it with candidates in a few simple steps. You’ll also be able to monitor each candidate’s invitation status and progress through the assessment overview.
Step 1: Open the Assessment
Navigate to the Assessments tab at the top of your screen
Select the relevant assessment from the list
You’ll see a summary of all candidates already invited, including:
Candidate name and email
Invitation status (e.g., Not started, Started, Completed)
Date invited
Time spent (if applicable)
Step 2: Invite Candidates
Click Invite candidates in the top-right corner. Then choose one of the following methods:
Option 1: Share Assessment
Copy the assessment link under Share Assessment
Share manually or through social platforms (LinkedIn, X, etc.)
Option 2: Invite in Bulk
Use the CSV template to import multiple candidates
Upload the completed file using the Upload CSV option
Option 3: Invite by Email
Enter the candidate’s first name, last name, and email address
Click Send invitation
Step 3: Track Progress
After invitations are sent, return to the assessment page to:
Monitor candidate status (e.g., Started, Not started)
Check invitation dates
See time spent and assessment results (once completed)
This overview helps you quickly identify who has engaged with the assessment and follow up as needed.
Tips
Make sure all tests in your assessment match the language selected.
A maximum of 5 tests can be included in any assessment.
Use CSV uploads for hiring campaigns with multiple candidates.
